I love learning. I love helping people live their best life. Coaching provides me with the perfect outlet for both of those loves.

I began listening to the Life Coach School podcast in March 2020. l binge listened to every episode. It resonated with me so strongly that I signed up for Self-Coaching Scholars in August. I began training to be a life coach in September of 2020.

My journey can be compared to my running journey in some ways. I had never been a runner until at age 52 I began running. I ran a half-marathon six months later. Eighteen months after that, I ran my first marathon. I have completed five marathons in five years.

For me, life is all about overcoming our self-imposed restrictions and embracing growth.
